My Sweet Fluffy Cake Recipe

Hello my dear friends!

At this post I would like to share with you My Sweet Fluffy Cake Recipe + My Golden Rules For Baking Cake!

Fluffy cake

It is always pleasant when you can have a cup of tea with a piece of cake in the afternoon. And when the cake is so irresistible, you just keep eating until it’s over!

If you are a beginner in baking, do not be afraid! If you have experience and so far you have not had a fluffy cake so big, no problem!
After 10 years of trying and trying different recipes (all unsuccessful) for a fluffy cake, yesterday I tried another and different cooking technique and hey I did it!

An important thing I learned in baking is that you have to follow the recipe exactly and follow the instructions carefully. Friends, so far I have ignored all the rules, my guarantee of failure. But now I am happy and I want to share my success with you!


Let`s bake!

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 and half cups soda (sparkling water)
  • 2 and half cups sugar
  • 3 and half cups flour
  • 10g baking powder
  • powdered sugar
  • 1 ampoule vanilla

Before start mixing ingredients and doing the magic, the most important thing is to preheat the oven to 160 degrees with a fan!

  1. In a dry bowl, mix the eggs very well (about 3-4 minutes).
  2. Then add the sugar and mix until a homogeneous mixture (7-8 minutes). To find out if the sugar has mixed, just turn off the mixer and try it, if no crunch is good.

The mixture with the eggs and sugar should triple in size! To get this I start mixing from the lowest to the highest level of the mixer.

3. Gradually add the oil and mix.

4. Add the soda (sparkling water).

5. Add the vanilla.

6. Mix the liquid ingredients well.

7. In another dry bowl, sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder.

It is very important for the dry ingredients to sift the flour and baking powder so that air can enter the mixture. If you forget to sift the dry ingredients you may fail.

8. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixture until homogeneous.

9. Spread sunflower oil and sprinkle flour in the form in which you will bake the cake.

10. Divide the mixture, pour a little more than half of the mixture into the baking form, and mix the rest of the mixture with the cocoa. Add the rest of the mixture (with cocoa) without stirring!

11. Pour the mixture into the baking form and place in the oven.

It is important when baking not to open the oven for the first 20 minutes of baking.

12. After those 20 minutes you can check your cake with toothpick or wooden skewer.

13. Bake until the toothpick or wooden skewer came out of the cake dry.

14. Take the cake out of the oven and leave it to cool. (5-6 minutes).

15. Remove the cake from the baking form and put it on a wire rack.

It is important not to slice the cake when it is still hot!

16. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, melted chocolate or whatever you like!

And don`t forget baking is not easy thing, but hey YOU CAN DO IT!

How To Make Sweet Banana Cake

Especially for banana lovers, this recipe is for you!
In my previous posts I have talked about the benefits of banana, so now I’m going straight to the recipe!

Ingredients:
1. 1 tablespoon honey
2. 1 banana
3. 1 tsp. baking soda
4. 1 hrs. flour
5. 6 tablespoons syrup of dates
How to cook:
1. Mix syrup of dates and honey in a bowl with mixer.
2. Add flour, baking soda and mix to a homogeneous mixture.
3. Add pieces of bananas.
4. Bake in oven preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.

Give Me 10 Minutes, I’ll Give You The Recipe About Banana Oatmeal!

I would like to introduce you “banana oatmeal”. Oats regulate metabolism and strengthen the immune system, protect against stomach and colon cancer, anemia, obesity and cardiovascular disease. They are also very helpful in reducing cholesterol. Bananas contain fiber and potassium that help reduce blood pressure. For me this is cheap and healthy food, extremely easy to cook . Depends on the taste you can use other fruits, but I recommend bananas. And it`s really quick for cooking:
  1. Put a pot with oats and boil them for 5 minutes.
  2. After they are ready……
  3. Leave them for a while to get cold. (about 4–5 minutes)
  4. When they are cold put slices of bananas and if you want cinnamon.

Attention: Sweet Pizza For You!

Dear readers, I will show you my favorite pizza called – “Sweet Pizza”. Does anybody try it yet? If you are not, please take a piece of paper!

Sweet…………sweet…..sweet!
Ingredients:
1. For the dough:
  • 140g flour
  • 220g sugar
  • 150g butter
  • baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2. For the filling:
    • 10 pcs strawberries
    • white and black chocolate
    • creamy cheese
    • vanilla
    How to cook:
    1. Mix in a bowl the butter, flour and baking sode, untill you get homogeneous mixture.
    2. Spill ready dough and bake it for 10-15 minutes.
    3. Then we leave the ready dough to get cold (not refrigirator).
    4. Mix the creamy cheese with vanilla and little bit sugar.
    5. Smear this mix over the ready and cold dough.
    6. Put the fruits on the top and white and black chocolate as well.
    7. Leave the pizza to get cold
    And Voala! You have ready Sweet Pizza!
