At this post I would like to share with you My Sweet Fluffy Cake Recipe + My Golden Rules For Baking Cake!

It is always pleasant when you can have a cup of tea with a piece of cake in the afternoon. And when the cake is so irresistible, you just keep eating until it’s over!
If you are a beginner in baking, do not be afraid! If you have experience and so far you have not had a fluffy cake so big, no problem!
After 10 years of trying and trying different recipes (all unsuccessful) for a fluffy cake, yesterday I tried another and different cooking technique and hey I did it!
An important thing I learned in baking is that you have to follow the recipe exactly and follow the instructions carefully. Friends, so far I have ignored all the rules, my guarantee of failure. But now I am happy and I want to share my success with you!

Let`s bake!
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1 and half cups soda (sparkling water)
- 2 and half cups sugar
- 3 and half cups flour
- 10g baking powder
- powdered sugar
- 1 ampoule vanilla
Before start mixing ingredients and doing the magic, the most important thing is to preheat the oven to 160 degrees with a fan!
- In a dry bowl, mix the eggs very well (about 3-4 minutes).
- Then add the sugar and mix until a homogeneous mixture (7-8 minutes). To find out if the sugar has mixed, just turn off the mixer and try it, if no crunch is good.
The mixture with the eggs and sugar should triple in size! To get this I start mixing from the lowest to the highest level of the mixer.
3. Gradually add the oil and mix.
4. Add the soda (sparkling water).
5. Add the vanilla.
6. Mix the liquid ingredients well.
7. In another dry bowl, sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder.
It is very important for the dry ingredients to sift the flour and baking powder so that air can enter the mixture. If you forget to sift the dry ingredients you may fail.
8. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixture until homogeneous.
9. Spread sunflower oil and sprinkle flour in the form in which you will bake the cake.
10. Divide the mixture, pour a little more than half of the mixture into the baking form, and mix the rest of the mixture with the cocoa. Add the rest of the mixture (with cocoa) without stirring!
11. Pour the mixture into the baking form and place in the oven.
It is important when baking not to open the oven for the first 20 minutes of baking.
12. After those 20 minutes you can check your cake with toothpick or wooden skewer.
13. Bake until the toothpick or wooden skewer came out of the cake dry.
14. Take the cake out of the oven and leave it to cool. (5-6 minutes).
15. Remove the cake from the baking form and put it on a wire rack.
It is important not to slice the cake when it is still hot!
16. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, melted chocolate or whatever you like!
