Summer goes by with slow steps. We send the last warm rays of the sun and get ready to go back to work again. I love the last September days, because not only there are warm and appropriate days for the outing, but they also carry a little nostalgia for the summer. I won’t lie, I love summer so much and if I had the chance to choose, all my days would be summer! Yes, we have so many new memories and emotions this summer. Away from workplace stress, away from toxic “friends” and colleagues. We feel satisfied and humorous and mostly free. Because this is summer, it gives us freedom, it gives us warm waves of the sea. We have time to pamper ourselves, to pay more attention to the people we love, to spend more time with them. You know, when we go back to work, we rarely have time for us, even our loved ones.
For most people, nostalgia, depression, and despair arise over the summer vacation that has passed so quickly. For some people, the work environment is much more exciting and gives them a lot more emotion and adventure. But for others, getting back to work is difficult and depressing.

I would like to share with you my tried and tested work adaptation methods, namely how to get back to work after the summer season!
Do Not Start Your Work Week From Monday!
You know, for me, the best day to get started is NOT MONDAY! Mondays are so stressful and intense. There are so many things to do, everyone counts on me to be terribly productive. Don’t make that mistake. I recommend you get started on Tuesday or Wednesday. So the workload on Monday will be gone and you will start your adaptation much easier! And please, I know you used to come home late at night after party, but DON’T DO IT! This complicates your adaptation. Get down in time to have the strength for the next business day!
Do Not Go To Work Depressed!
Once you have accepted the idea that you are starting the work week, DO NOT go to work depressed! The most tried and tested method is the “smile”. Put on your most beautiful smile, put on your newest clothes, go with a positive attitude!

Start Slowly – From Smaller To Bigger!

Oh, no matter how much work you have, no matter how many commitments you have rejected for later, don’t deal with them all! Start gradually, nothing will be right if you get overwhelmed by the work. This will only slow down your adaptation to the workflow and lead to depression. Start gradually and as I say – From the smaller to the bigger!
Make Plans About Your Next Holday!
I personally love after returning from summer vacation to plan my next summer vacation. And why not my winter vacation? And maybe even just for the weekend! With family and friends, this can be very beneficial for us. Like a mini escape!
Photos….
I enjoy looking at photos from the summer at my workplace. It brings a warm and positive mood. So do you!
Don`t Run Away!
Do not avoid your colleagues! On the contrary, spend as much time with them as you can. Let them talk about their summer adventures, so should you. Mentally transfer to your favorite place as you talk about it!

Last but not least, the end of the summer season is not the end of the world. We must gradually understand that this is the natural cycle of life. Well, that’s why we work so hard during the other months – to be able to have some of the most beautiful and warm memories of summer every year!
